Life on the occupation boundaries in Slovenia, 1941-1945<\/strong>\u201d and\u00a0<strong>\u201cRoga\u0161ka Slatina as the border town of the Third Reich, 1941-1945\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0were opened at the Museum of Recent History Celje.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibitions that were created within the project:\u00a0<em>\u201cMake this land German \u2026 Italian \u2026 Hungarian \u2026 Croatian! The role of occupation borders in antislovenian politics and in the life of Slovene population\u201d<\/em>, have examined how the occupying borders, barbed wire and minefields affected the lives of people along the border and what consequences they left behind.<\/p>\n<p>First exhibition presents all the border areas of occupation in Slovenia during the Second World War and their characteristics and peculiarities, while the second is oriented much more locally.<\/p>\n<p>Exhibitions will be opened until March 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02019.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.muzej-nz-ce.si\/en\/galleries\/6-3-2019-otvoritev-gostujocih-razstav-foto-eh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">photo gallery (click!).<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On March 6th\u00a02019 two temporary exhibitions\u00a0\u201cBorder stones, barbed wire, guard towers and minefields.
